I woke up and used my nebulizer because I couldn’t breathe. Finished my treatment and tried to go back to sleep but now I am having a panic attack. It has been a log time since I’ve had one. My heart is racing, my mind is racing and I can’t breathe (but it is not asthma related – definitely panic)
I just want this to be over, and to sleep…

Praying that God will give you peace and rest.
Is there something specific you are panicking about? I can’t imagine going through that….i hope things settle down and you can rest.
